WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS! 3 THINGS TO DO INSIDE WHEN THE RAIN KEEPS YOU INSIDE
/We have had some funky weather this year, and there will be more as normal. Just cross your fingers we don't get 4ft of snow in July. haha, so here is my top three things to do as an adult when you are inside on a rainy day in Denver!
1) Unplug! don't turn on a the TV, Radio, Computer and turn off your internet on your phone. If you have an iPhone, putting the phone on Do Not Disturb will allow phone calls to come in, but won't allow other things such as emails ding your day!
2) Clean! I know this may sound really lame, but the saying is super true, Cleanliness is next to Godliness. Clean space, clean mind. Clutter has been shown to enhance depression, and curve moods, and appetite.
3) Get crafty! Whether thats planning your next project around the house, or breaking out the paper mache. There's something about getting your mind focused on things other than life! Escapism is a great thing, every now and then!
